2018 Vendor Fees for three and a half days of the conference:
We especially encourage authors, teachers, schools and language programs to plan to display new materials. If you have only a few materials and would like to find out about sharing a table email Isadore at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The fee for one table is $300. You will need to select “upstairs” or “downstairs” when you purchase your vendor space. Electrical outlets, or any other arrangements must be made separately and an additional fee may be charged.
All vendors are asked to provide a Donation for the Silent Auction valued at $50.00.
Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The vendor fee must be paid prior to a place being reserved. Please be sure that you receive a confirmation of your application for a table and a final confirmation of your space via email.
As in past years we ask that you keep in mind the following policies:
- No use of confetti, glitter or sparkles.
- No candles or incense.
- No use of duct tape, nails or tacks on any hotel wall, floor or table surfaces. You will be held responsible for any damage done to painted, papered or wood surfaces.
